- 2 cups of coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- Heat a large pan to medium-low heat.
- Add coconut flakes. Stir frequently to prevent burning until browned.
- Turn off heat. Drizzle the maple syrup evenly over the coconut so that it gets coated evenly. Give a final stir to coat, then remove the coconut from the pan and let it cool. Enjoy!
