Restaurant-Style Crispy Potatoes


  • 2 medium potatoes, any kind is good
  • 1/4 large yellow onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • A dash of pepper
  • Oil for pan


  1. Place your potatoes in a large pot of water. Boil until they break when a fork goes through them. Drain water. You could even do this the day before, and refrigerate the potatoes until you are ready.
  2. Cut your potatoes into 1″ cubes. Dice your onion very small. Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a medium pan to high heat. Add your onions and garlic. Cook until brown and soft.
  3. Add your potatoes to your pan. Also add your salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until crispy and golden. Enjoy!

Serve With (optional)

  • Tea/coffee
  • Eggs
  • Ketchup
  • Hot sauce
  • Fresh fruit
