Super Easy Steamed Brussels Sprouts (Gf, V)


  • 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Cut the stem ends off of your Brussels. Cut each one in half. (Or leave them whole if they are small.)
  2. Place your Brussels in the top part of a steamer pot with your water in the bottom. Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes, or until soft.
  3. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Enjoy!
