- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 cups of water
- Cut the stem ends off of your Brussels. Cut each one in half. (Or leave them whole if they are small.)
- Place your Brussels in the top part of a steamer pot with your water in the bottom. Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes, or until soft.
- Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Enjoy!
