- 1 1/2 cups of flaxseed meal
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 of cup water or plant-based milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preheat your oven to 350℉ (177℃).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk/water, and oil. Whisk well. Pour the wet into the dry and whisk lightly, just enough to combine.
Lightly grease a loaf pan (or glass pan, or whatever you have) and pour your batter in. Bake for about 45 minutes. Take out, cool for about 10 minutes, and then cut. Enjoy!
