- 1/2 cup of uncooked red lentils
- 1/2 red onion, chopped very thin
- 1 cup of water
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Fresh or dry rosemary
- Fresh or dry oregano
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of any flour except coconut
Preheat your oven to 400℉ (204℃).
Heat a pan to high heat. Add your onion and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender and brown.
Meanwhile, put your water and lentils in a pot. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally and watch carefully. When the lentils are soft and the water is completely gone, they are done.
Once the onions and lentils are cooked, combine all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. On a baking tray, use a spoon to spread your mixture into desired shapes. Remember that the thicker you make them, the longer they will take to cook. Bake for about
