- 1 medium head of cauliflower (I used purple cauliflower, but the color doesn’t change the taste)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of salted butter (can be vegan)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese (optional)
Cut your cauliflower into florets. Steam them for about 10 minutes or until soft. Immediately add it to your food processor along with all the other ingredients. Blend until there are no chunks, and it is a smooth consistency. Serve with butter while hot. Enjoy!
