Easy Spaghetti Squash Noodles (Gf, V, Keto)


  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1-2 tablespoons of neutral oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil, dried
  • Cilantro, dried
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Tomato Sauce (optional)


Preheat your oven to 375℉. Cut your squash in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Put the two halves on a baking tray with the cut side facing up. Brush a little bit of oil on before baking for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until soft. While it is baking, Combine the salt, pepper, basil, cilantro, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Crush with a spoon until the dried herbs become finer. When your squash is done, use a fork to take out the “noodles.” Sprinkle the salt mixture on and serve with tomato sauce (if you want). Enjoy!
