Vegan Halloween Muffins


  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of raw cane sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Several drops of orange food coloring
  • Optional decorations of your choice


In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients in a measuring cup. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and whisk until combined, but don’t overmix. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a muffin tin with about 12 wrappers. Fill each one to a little over 3/4 full. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the wrappers and decorate. I put pumpkin spice and a sprinkle on top. Let them cool on a cake rack. Enjoy!
