Peanut Sesame Noodles (Gf, V)


  • 4 oz of noodles of your choice (can be GF)
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock or water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • sesame seeds for garnish


Cook noddles according to directions on box. While they are cooking, whisk together the rest of your ingredients (not the garnish) in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes until smooth. Drain noodles and drizzle peanut sauce over them. Add sesame seeds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
