Lemongrass Tea

  • 2-3 tablespoons of fresh chopped lemongrass
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • honey or sugar (optional)
  • Milk or non-dairy milk

In a teapot, saucepan, or whatever you have, bring your water to a boil. Put your lemongrass into a tea ball and get your cup ready by dangling your tea ball over the side. Don’t let the water boil for too long before pouring it into your cup. Let the lemongrass steep for about an hour. After about one minute, you can put your sweetener in. When it is done steeping, you can put your milk in. Enjoy!
