Easy Granola Bars (Gf, V)


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of smooth peanut or almond butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
  • Small handful of chopped almonds
  • Small handful of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon-1/4 cup of coconut oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350℉. In a bowl, combine your ingredients. Add the coconut oil little by little until you have a packable mixture. If you needed less coconut oil, oil a 9×13 pan lightly before putting the mixture in. If you needed a lot of oil, you do not need to oil t before putting the mixture in. Pack it down with a spoon to an even thickness. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden-brown. Let cool fully before cutting. Enjoy!
