- 14 oz of extra firm tofu
- low sodium soy sauce or reduced sodium tamari
- honey or maple syrup to make it vegan
Cut the tofu into bite-size cubes. In a small-medium bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Start with about a teaspoon of each and keep adding until you have enough for the tofu and it tastes right. Preheat your oven to 400℉. On a baking tray, pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu so that it is at least touching every chunk on the bottom and toss it a little. Bake for 15-27 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
