Easy Sesame Chickpeas


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of canned chickpeas
  • sesame oil
  • sesame seeds
  • low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • firm tofu and vegetables (optional)

Directions

Heat a pan to medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until very fragrant. Add everything else and cook for 5-10 more minutes. Enjoy!
