GF vegetable dumplings


  • 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of arrowroot
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • avocado oil for pan
  • water for steaming


In a medium bowl, combine all of your ingredients except for vegetables, avocado oil, and water for steaming. Knead a little and then roll out on a baking sheet to 1/4 inch thickness. chop your vegetables into small chunks and cook them in a pan with the avocado oil until soft. Cut your dough into about 3 x 4 inch squares and place some of your vegetables in the middle if each one. Roll them up and pinch the sides off. Cook them in the same pan on medium heat for 1 minute on each side. Next, add about 3 tablespoons of water to the pan and quickly put on a lid. Repeat this process about 3 times and then serve with dipped in soy sauce. Enjoy!
