Homemade Salsa


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes
  • garlic powder
  • cilantro (optional)
  • avocado oil
  • lemon juice
  • a few drops of hot sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • chopped basil

Directions

Simply chop your tomatoes into small chunks. Cook them in a pan on high heat for about 5 minutes. Put them into a food processor with the rest of your ingredients and blend until still chunky, but blended. Enjoy!
