- 1 head of kale (about 5 cups)
- 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
- olive, avocado, or coconut oil
- salt to taste
Preheat your oven to 170℉. Rip your kale off the stems and lightly rinse it. Dry it in a salad spinner. In a large bowl, toss it with the rest of your ingredients and drizzle the oil on. Spread it out on 2 baking trays. The pieces can be close but not overlapping. Bake for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
