Baked Vegan Buffallo Cauliflower


Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of all purpose baking flour
  • 1 cup of water

Hot sauce mix

  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 1/3 cup of Frank’s Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Drections

Preheat your oven to 450℉. Cut the cauliflower into florettes. Put in in a large bowl and toss it with the rest of the ingredients under the “cauliflower” section in the ingredients list. Put the mixture on a baking tray (or two) and bake for 15 minutes. While they are baking, mix up the hot sauce mix. In a meduim bowl, simply combine all of the ingredients under “hot sauce mix.” Once the cauliflower has baked, take it out and pour on the hot sauce mix. Bake for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
