Avocado-Filled Vegan Lemper Ayam


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of sushi rice
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Directions

Cook your rice in a rice cooker with your water. When done, put in a glass pan and drizzle with the vinrgar. To prepare your avocado, peel and pit it. Put it into a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add lemon juice and onion powder. Next, form them by putting some rice in your hand and putting some avocado in the middle. Roll it in your hands into a football shape. Occasionally dip your hands in cold water to prevent the rice form sticking. Enjoy!
