Vegan Soft-Serve No-Churn Ice Cream


  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of cashew cream
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • your favorite ice cream flavoring


Put your milk and cream into a kitchenaid. Whip on medium until it becomes about the consistency of whipped cream. Add the rest of your ingredients and whip until blended. Put into a glass pan for storage. Enjoy!
