- 1 cup of nut milk
- 1 1/2 cups of cashew cream
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- your favorite ice cream flavoring
Put your milk and cream into a kitchenaid. Whip on medium until it becomes about the consistency of whipped cream. Add the rest of your ingredients and whip until blended. Put into a glass pan for storage. Enjoy!
