Vegan Mac And Cheese


  • 1 cup of pasta of your your choice
  • nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 large sweet potato or 1 small sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • vegetables (optional)


Cook your pasta how it says to on the box. While it is cooking, cut your potatoes into bite-size chunks. Put them in anothe pot with enough water to cover them fully. Boil them until soft. Put them into a bowl an mash them with a fork. Add nutritional yeast and oil. You may also need to add water to get it to the right consitsency. Add it to your pasta and add your vegetables if you want. Enjoy!
