Gluten Free Vegan Strawberry Muffins


  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of water of plant-based milk
  • chopped strawberries


Preheat your oven to 350℉. In a medium bowl, combine your ingredients and mix until just mixed. Line a muffin tray with wrappers and fill them to about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
