Easy Gluten Free Vegan Bread Rolls


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour
  • 3/4 cup of casava flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions

In a medium/large bowl, combine your ingredients except for the warm water and yeast. In a small bowl, combie your warm water and yeast. If your yeast is older, add a tiny bit of sugar to the mixture. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it gets foamy. Then, add it to your medium bowl and knead for 3 minutes. Cover with a towel and let it proof for about 20 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350℉. When bread is done proofing, split it into about 6 balls and flatten them to about 1 inch thick on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. Enjoy!
