Vegetable Noodle Soup


  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1-2 asparagus stalks
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable bullion
  • more vegetables of your choice (optional)
  • Noodles of your choice
  • Salt if your bullion isn’t salty
  • sesame oil


Start by peeling the tough skin off of your asparagus with a vegetable peeler. Chop that, youre carrots, and any other vegetables that you choose into small pieces. Saute in a pan with sesame oil until soft. Bring your water to a boil and add your vegetables, bullion, and salt if necesary. Boil for 5 more minutes. Prepare your noodles in a seperate pot and then add to the soup. Enjoy!

    Added green onion I had in the fridge, doubled the veggies and added a bunch of fresh herbs.
