Vegan Baked Apples


Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • olive oil
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of all purpose baking flour

Directions

First, preheat your oven to 375℉. Dice your apples and put them into a bowl that can go into the oven. drizzle with brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon. In a smaller bowl, Mix up your crumble. Put in your oats and flour. Add another 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Add oil until crumbly and then put in your apple bowl. Toss and then bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
