Vegan “Cheese”cake


Ingredients for Filling

  • 1/4 cup of potato startch
  • 1 tablespoon of arrowroot
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of molassess
  • 1 teaspoon of vanila extract
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup

Ingredients for Crust

  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350℉. In a kitchenaid, blend the ingredients for your filling. Blend on the lowest setting for about 2 minutes. In a medium bowl, blend the ingredients for the crust. Use a small pie dish or something you have that resembles that. Line it with your crust and pour in your filling. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on the depth of your dish. Enjoy! 🍅🍆🥕🥒
