Savory Vegan Waffles


  • 2 cups of garbanzo bean flour
  • 3/4 cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of oat flour
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of corn startch
  • salt to taste
  • 2 1/4 – 2 1/2 cups of water or plant-based milk


Heat your waffle iron. Blend all of your ingredients together in a very large bowl. Grease your waffle iron lightly and pour enough batter on at a time to cover your it. Let them cook for 4 minutes. When done, remove by lifting off with two forks. Let cool or eat them hot. Enjoy!🥕🥒🍆🍅
