Paleo Vegan Cinnamon Muffins


  • 2 cups of almond flour or a paleo-friendly flour of your choice
  • 1 tabelspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanila extract
  • 3/4 cup of water


In a medium/large bowl, blend all of your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a muffin tin with wrappers and fill them to about 3/4 full. Bake them for 30-40 minutes and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
