Almond Flour Cinnamon Swirl Cookies


  • 1 cup of superfine almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanila extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of water or plant based milk
  • cinnamon


In a medium bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except for the cinnamon. Make sure your coconut oil is melted when you add it. Preheat your oven to 350℉. On a baking tray, roll your dough into long, skinny sticks. Coat them in cinnamon and roll them up. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool. Enjoy! 🙂🍅🥕🥒
