Super Simple Gluten Free Pretzels


  • 1 cup of masa harina flour
  • 1 cup of casava flour
  • 1/2 cup of garbanzo bean flour
  • Butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 tablepoon of deactivated yeast
  • 1 teapoon of white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cup of water


In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients together except for your butter. Knead for about 3 minutes until not watery.Roll your dough out into long sticks. Bring a medium/large pot of water to a boil. Use a strainer spoon to take your sticksin and out of the pot. They are done boiling when they float to the top. Put them on a baking tray and drizzle with melte butter and sprinkle on some salt. Preheat your oven to 400℉ and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
