Gluten Free Vegan Breakfast Waffles


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 cup of casava flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanila extract
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions

Mix together your ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, but do not overmix. Grease your waffe iron lightly. Pour enough batter to cover the waffle iron fully. Let cook for about 5 minutes. If the top doesn’t lift up easily, do not try harder to pull it up. That means that the waffles are not done. Enjoy!
