- 1/2 block of tofu
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
First, make your dough. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the tofu and water. When you add the water, add it little by little until your mixuture becomes a dough. Next, cut the tofu into 5 long strips. Brown them on one side in a frying pan on medium to high heat. Roll out your dough on a baking tray with a silicone mat to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut it into 10 strips. Next, cut each tofu saussage into 2 equal shorter strips. wrap each one up in one of the strips of dough. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. Enjoy!
