- 2 cups of oats (I used these and they work great )
- 3 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Put your oats in a bowl with your water. Use an immersion blender and blend until the oats are chopped up and the water turns white. Put a strainer on top of another bowl and pour it into the strainer. Discard what is left in the strainer. Add the rest of the ingrdients to your oat milk and mix well. A way to get it mixed thoroughly is to put it in a jar with the lid on tightly and shake it. This oat milk can be used in almost all situations to replace dairy milk. Enjoy!
